Tamara worked as nanny to my younger daughter from the time she was 6 months old. Tamara performed many duties for my daughter including prepping meals, overnight care, bathing, feeding, and working on gross motor skills and flash card recognition. Tamara would also do laundry and wash dishes. She would also take care of my older daughter after school depending on when I would get home, doing homework, dinner, play dates, and just caring for them and being there. She has been with me since 2015. I no longer needed her full time when my mother retired but I still use her when my husband and I are out late/overnight. Tamara's strengths are her diligence and sense of responsibility. She is always reliable and punctual. She does everything with care and precision. You can tell she takes real pride in her work and truly loves my children. She feels like part of our family. She makes learning fun and finds creative ways to get the kids engaged. As far as a weakness I would say Tamara can be hard on herself. She doesn't feel as if she is doing enough and forgets to take time for herself. I would give Tamara a 10/10!! We love her and were very fortunate to find her. I continue to utilize Tamara's services to this day and would absolutely hire her to nanny my children if I had to do it over again. Tamara was My Son’s Teacher. Her role was to teach & care for him. RJ absolutely loves Tamara. He instantly bonded with her the very first day! She gave him so much confidence & always made him smile. She’s been with us for over a Year. She’s So caring & passionate about teaching. She’s loving, creative, caring, enthusiastic & genuine. She always goes above & beyond for her students. I would give Tamara 10+ We absolutely adore Tamara! She has been a constant light in Ryan’s life. Our son instantly felt comfortable and connected to Tamara the very first day they met! She has a heart of gold and creates positivity throughout the class. She’s given Ryan the confidence he needs to succeed. We are so grateful for everything she has done for him. She’s very interactive and brings out the best in her students. She’s so loving, creative, caring & enthusiastic. The list goes on and on. She’s a phenomenal teacher! I know Ryan has grown and flourished because of Tamara.
