AyiConnect connects families with in-home child and senior caregivers who speak their preferred language. The platform currently focuses on Asian and Hispanic caregivers. Caregivers can provide a variety of services, including:
Childcare: This includes basic care, such as feeding, bathing, and changing diapers, as well as more advanced care, such as educational activities and discipline.
Senior care: This includes assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and eating, as well as companionship and emotional support.
Postpartum care: This includes traditional Asian or Chinese postpartum confinement care (yuesao for yuezi), which is a period of rest and recuperation for new mothers.
Domestic care: Cooking, housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and running errands

We offer self service and concierge service. With self service, you can post a job, availability or ask any questions to receive support at AyiConnect. Families and Helpers can then find each other and connect directly. We always advise extensive screening before hiring.

Here are the general steps after you create an account in our app:
1. Create a job or availability post to let others know you need help or you can help
2. Review their needs and reach out via comments or invite to chat privately
3. Once accepted, you can chat and call with each other
4. Leave reviews to share experience
5. Manage your hire through contract, retainers or payment
6. Ask to the community any questions you want to receive support on

We also offer concierge service for busy professionals. With concierge service, we will help you cut through the noise by doing the hard work and recommending a few pre-screened helpers that fit your schedule and requirements beyond our existing pool of talent. All you need to do is be available for scheduled interviews, trial then book the helper of your choice.

AyiConnect takes your security seriously. We understand how important it is to feel safe and protected when using our platform, which is why we have several security measures in place:

1. We protect your privacy: We never share your data with third parties without your consent. We only use your information to help you find care or jobs, and all communication within our platform is encrypted for added security.
2. We ensure real users: We use advanced algorithms and verification methods to identify and remove fake profiles. All AyiConnect users are real people who have been verified through our system.
3. We give you control: You can choose to further verify your identity through ID verification and background checks, giving you extra peace of mind.
4. We empower our community: We encourage users to report any suspicious activity, and we have a zero-tolerance policy for fake profiles or scams.

Don't worry if you can't respond instantly: We understand that life gets busy! Our app allows users to set up automatic responses if they're unavailable, so you never miss a message.

The average rate for caregivers and nannies on AyiConnect varies depending on the caregiver's experience, location, and the type of care being provided. However, in general, you can expect to pay between $18 and $30 per hour for childcare, between $17 and $28 per hour for senior care, for postpartum care can be somewhere around $250 and 350 per day.

You can use AyiConnect for free to post a 30-day job and your first three candidates are on us. You can post topics in our community any time for free.

For self-service, our fees start at $39.99 for 30 days to connect with more candidates and use more features. Please note our platform is not venture backed, therefore our membership fee is priced to sustain our operations so we can facilitate the connection and provide users a safe platform.

For concierge-service, we charge a search fee starting at $399 depending on the type of care required.

Our packages are non-refundable. If you would like to unsubscribe, please cancel the subscription. You can always reach out to us regarding this matter at [email protected]. Additionally, we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods.

AyiConnect is currently available to sign up from most countries, but the primary users are based in the US.
